Accessibility

Last updated September 10, 2026

BizSpouse should be usable by everyone running a business, including people using a keyboard, a screen reader, magnification, or a device set to reduce motion. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines version 2.1 at level AA.

What is in place

  • Every interactive control can be reached and operated with a keyboard, with a visible focus outline.
  • Headings, landmarks and labels are marked up so screen readers can navigate the page.
  • Text is sized and coloured for readable contrast, and the layout reflows down to small phone screens.
  • If your device asks for reduced motion, movement is replaced with simple state changes.
  • Videos play in an accessible player with a proper title, and never start on their own.
  • Touch targets are sized for fingers, not cursors.

What we are still improving

Some third party content, such as provider videos and provider websites we link to, is outside our control and may not meet the same standard. We are also continuing to review longer research pages for heading structure and reading order.

Tell us about a barrier

If something on this site is hard or impossible for you to use, email dom@mybizspouse.com with the page and what happened. We treat that as a defect, not a suggestion, and we will come back to you with a fix or a workaround.
