Cookies and Tracking
Last updated September 10, 2026
BizSpouse does not run advertising cookies and does not hand your browsing to an ad network. What we do store is small, and this page lists all of it.
What is stored in your browser
- A random visit identifier. A generated code with no name attached, so your progress and your measurement records hang together across pages.
- Your answers and progress. The questions you answered and the steps you completed, so you can leave and come back without starting over.
- A sign in session. Only if you create an account. It keeps you signed in and is required for the site to work.
Measurement
We record which pages are viewed, which buttons are used, whether the visit is on a phone or a desktop, the referring site and any campaign tags in the web address. It is tied to the random visit identifier, not to your name, and it exists so we can tell which guidance actually helps.
Outbound clicks to tool providers
When you click through to a tool provider, that click passes through our own link so the referral can be credited. The provider and their affiliate network may then set their own cookies on their own site, under their own policies, which we do not control. See the affiliate disclosure.
Embedded video
Tutorial videos play inside BizSpouse using the privacy enhanced YouTube player, and they never start on their own. Nothing is sent to YouTube until you press play. Once you do, YouTube receives the request under its own privacy policy.
How to clear it
Clearing site data for this site in your browser removes the visit identifier, your saved answers and your progress. If you have an account, your progress stays on the account until you ask us to delete it. Email dom@mybizspouse.com for that.
Do Not Track
We do not build advertising profiles and we do not sell personal information, so a Do Not Track signal changes nothing about how we treat you.
